Chic Interiors always offer to come to your home and do the whole design process, measure room, place furniture, assist in accessory shopping etc.. but we will now offer to do this all from our home!

How it works:

A questionnaire will be emailed to you with different questions of what you want the room to have and also measurements of the space. We will take up to 3 days to design the room. You will receive an email of the room plan, list of items and where to purchase them along with the paint colors. This is a one time design service.

We will send you your design plan  and a list of where you can purchase all the items we list for a room designed around what you give us.

What Paint Can Do!

We all have furniture in our homes that we put away and say we will one day use it. We just cant seem to throw it away. Well I have a couple of items that I use but hate the color of them or just want to change them. One item I worked on this past weekend was end tables in the guest bedroom. They were so wrong for the room in the color they were in so I lightened them up a little.

Memorial Day Ready!

Its the Kick off of Summer! We decided to throw a BBQ any excuse to do decorating right?
 I kept it simple this year, I figured simple is better after all.  Its so hard to not buy everything especially when the stores have some of the best decor I have seen in years!. Check out what Crate & Barrel  did this year! Check in tomorrow to see how I am decorating for this weekend!

Nursery Update!

A few months back I put up 3 choices for a nursery that I would be designing. The Parents to Be decided on this one!  When designing a room there will always be pieces that will be switched, either the client did not like all of the times in the inspiration board or price, and  items availability  all play a role in why we switch some of the items up.We are almost complete with the whole room! Here is some photos of the process.

I have been MIA! I have not mentioned here on my blog yet that I recently began a new job as a Visual Merchandiser at Peter Andrews! (Home Store on Long Island). I have been very busy there and loving it. But with that being said I have not had much time to sit down and blog. I am working on becoming more organized as the weeks go on. My weeks are flying by and I am always changing and moving furniture and accessories through their store. Its a dream job to do this all day! In the next few weeks I will share some of the rooms I have put together for them. If you live on island or visit here frequently you must visit a Peter Andrews their home furnishing are beautiful and for every style home. Its hard to go there everyday and not purchase everything!


With a new job, I  hardly worked on any projects these last few weeks. With the weather being so perfectly lately I am determined to work on our yard. Who says you can't decorate outside too?!
